This wonderful Estate was built in 2006 to take advantage of the proximity of Kapandriti to Athens whilst enjoying the rural outpost of its surroundings.The owners were meticulous with every detail using only the best materials for the villa's construction. For example all floors were laid with imported Cyprus stone slabs and the house was built by carefully selected stones and wood.The villa rests on a hill overlooking the neighboring landscape and forests. The Estate's plot measures close to 4 hectares (40000 sq meters) which includes a separate plot of 3500 sq meters with a building permit. The grounds have numerous olive trees providing a plentiful yearly production of home grown olive oil as well as vegetables. A picturesque stream runs along the Estate's border next to imposingly large maple trees. A wooden house on the valley lies on its own next to the stream inviting the Estate's guests to experience its world apart. A lovely stone built church is next to the court yard together with another independent stone built guest house with its own little garden.This is a magnificent retreat elegantly furnished with exceptional emphasis to detail only half an hour from Athens making it a habitat worth every moment.

A stone built security house is next to the entrance of the Estate. The property opens out to wonderfully mature gardens along a cobblestone paved road leading to the courtyard. A beautifully quaint byzantine style church sits quietly opposite the house's main entrance. Ground floor: A large lobby leading to a large living room which opens out to the pool area and lovely gardens. To the right of the lobby is the dining room with its large balcony door windows on both sides providing fantastic views of the country side. Further in, the modern stainless steel kitchen has all imaginable amenities a Cordon Bleu chef can wish for. To the left of the lobby is a smaller private living room and study which gives access to the two large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms one of which has a large walk in closet. First floor: A large study which can become a bedroom with en suite bathroom with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Lower floor: Three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with access to the gardens of the Estate.
