The Koundouros Windmill sits on top of a hill overseeing the rest of this small picturesque community of windmills on this most famous and unique Koundouros Kean bay. Windmill living spaces tend to be a little restrictive however, this well known Greek architect created a structure with comfort and utility in mind making it a very inviting and relaxing summer retreat.

With a large pool and extended terracing on different levels throughout the property, there are many areas to choose from to enjoy the sun, lounge, or feel refreshed by the cool sea waters of Koundouros bay only a few steps away. Koundouros is the second-largest residential area on Kea island well known for its stone-built residences, many varied sandy beaches some of which are organized and a number of quaint tavernas and restaurants. Daily sunsets provide a rewarding epilogue to its residents.
