The capital of the island Mytilini with its many attractions, including lively entertainment, good dining and historical monuments to visit, is only 10 minutes away. The island offers extremely good infrastructure and its especially friendly and hospitable to the thousands of tourists it attracts each year. Its new marina in Mytilini is among the most modern in the Aegean.

From the main entrance and the hallway, you arrive to the main living room and dining area with high ceilings and large wooden beams all around. The large windows open out to a wonderful terrace with unequalled views of the sea and the Turkish coast. A study and the kitchen complete the rest of the house at this level. A few steps down lead to four double bedrooms en suite and a large pool and games room. The balcony windows open out to a shaded terrace with uninterrupted views of the area.
